My name is Sensei Alistair Burns and I have been practising Karate for over 36 years. I currently hold the grade of 6th Dan (Rokudan) with K.W.F. (Karatenomichi World Federation).

I am the highest ranking member and Instructor associated with K.W.F. in Scotland and Qualified to “B” level for Instructor, Examiner and Referee.
